Abstract
The purpose of the Churchill Club is to provide Silicon Valley with a nonpartisan forum for the exchange of ideas on timely issues, particularly those in which business and politics converge.
Purpose of the Project
The purpose of the web site upgrade is to allow easier maintenance of the Maintain Events, Sign-up for Events, Maintain Memberships, Maintain offers, Message Exchange, Financial management, Maintain Web Pages and Activities Maintenance areas as well as providing easier access to database reporting functionality.
In addition, the new functionality will allow the individual members to maintain their profile information, register and pay for events, and find out information about Corporate Members and partners

Customer Requirements
- System should be developed using ASP framework and IIS 5.0 Web server
- Credit Card payments should be done using Cybercash Payment services.
- All Reports should be generated in MS Excel format.
- For Mailing List e-mail functionality should be used Rockcliffe MailSite Server.
- All financial transactions must be exported into a file format compatible with accounting system «Quickbooks»

Non member client
Non member client allows remote user to view information on open club events, sign-up for open club events and request club membership, request confirmation via email.
Member client
In additional to Non member client Member client allows remote user to view club events, view personal event registrations, sign-up for regular events and renew membership. Corporate member can use corporate event coupon for sign-up for club events as well.
Staff client
Staff client allows remote user to sign-up clients for club events, send confirmation to clients, set up membership dues, maintain client contact information, maintain club events, activities and offers, create the various reports.
Administration client
Administration client allows remote user to maintain Home, Membership, Press, Community and Partners pages: add banners and links to web-sites, add and update benefits of membership, update news summaries and detail articles.
