Abstract
Customer is a major integrated global energy company. Customer operations: from exploration through to processing, transportation and marketing. It supplies gas to virtually every region of Russia and exports to more than 25 European countries.
Purpose of the Project
To re-write existing Document Management System using our technologies of rapid customized system design and modern tools. The System takes into account all particularities of document management processes at Customer and increases users amount from 180 to 2000 persons.
Objectives
- Organize unified document processing order
- Increase speed and quality of individual and team work with document
- Creation document database with access right control
- Ability of arbitrary search using original document text as well as document attributes
- Document process tracking and control
- Process documents in time notifying staff automatically on the status of documents
- Provide analytic reports

User can choose different registration templates for different document and track team work via this forms

System administrator can define user or user group functions and set access rights in wizard style. Menu items for user are dynamically created in accordance to settings
