Purpose of the Project
To automate and ensure continuous and reliable work in order to collect, process and analyse cargo statistics at Customer.
Objectives
- System must be able to collect, control and store data on cargoes and trains, obtained from external sources (systems)
- To provide operative reports
- To implement complex OLAP- analysis of railroad parameters
- To form and transmit data packages to external systems
Customer Requirements
- Compatibility with the existing systems
- Client/Server Architecture
- Feasibility: ability to configure objects up to the organizational changes of the Railroad structure (going from the structure with 24 divisions to the structure without any divisions)
- 4GL — JAM 7.2, C — as a back up language
- DB design CASE-tool — SILVERRUN
