Purpose of the Project
Customer has determined that the existing version of StaffingManager and DevelopmentManager does not comply their customers projected needs in the future. Accordingly, it decided to undertake the project to move the functionality of these two modules to a new architecture in order to take advantages proposed by a web-based technology
Objectives
StfM shall allow:
- Staff members to search candidates and compare their parameters to job prerequisites; to view employee?s statistics; to set up interview questions; to assign interviewers for candidate interviews and to assign specific interview questions to interviewers; to add new candidates.
DevelopmentManager shall allow :
- Staff members to compare employees info to job prerequisites; to view employees development gaps; to assign and track employees? development activities; to administer personal activities, activity groups and categories.
Customer Requirements
- System should be developed using JDK 1.1.8, Java Servlets 2.0.
- Application models shall be developed using Rational Rose 2000
- Requirements traceability matrix shall be developed using Rational RequisitePro 4.5

Solution
This screen represents you information in a visual comparison how well each of your candidates satisfies the jobs minimum and optimal requirements. You can view the comparison graphs as a color-coded online diagram with minimum job requirement level bar, optimal job requirement level bar and candidates score bar. Each bar has its own colour, corresponding to the Legend.Clicking link you can see its full description
To assign some questions to success factor mark necessary Assign checkboxes and click Assign button. The same way clicking Unassign button will unassign marked questions.
If you want to see jobs/person Comparison Graphs mark necessary Include checkboxes and click Compare button..The Capability Analysis Graphs Screen will appear.
